Joueur de kamélé n’goni et chanteur incantatoire\, amateur d’afrobeat et de sound-systems\, il a inventé son propre gumbo afro-funk\, mélangeant sonorités mandingues\, dub et rock avec un brin de folie punk\, une formule DIY qu’il a trimballé des cabarets du dimanche aux sounds-systems underground de Ouagadougou\, puis dans le monde entier grâce au label Sublime Frequencies\, pour lequel il a déjà gravé trois disques au groove serré.
