DESCRIPTION:@Rita-Plage \nLas KRUDAS sont en tournée en Europe et viennent nous faire un intimist private show au Rita\nEt ça c’est\nTROP BIEN. \nA partir de 19h Bouffe VEGAN prix libre et \nKRUDAS CUBENSI // Hip-hop Afroféministe Queer \nThe artists explain the name of the group by saying it means “the raw ones native from Cuba and the Caribbean representing in the world.” [7] The trio formed with the goal of adding “rawness” to Cuban hip-hop\, inspired by natural sounds more than refined and harmonious beats.[8]\n\nFrom the onset\, Krudas Cubensi has tied activism to music and performance.[1] Identifying as “Afro-Latin\, queer\, vegan\, hip-hop artists in the U.S.\,” the musicians root their work at the intersection of their identities\, believing in the connection of art and activism in the struggle for social justice.[1][3] \nFirst in Cuba and now as part of the Cuban diaspora in the United States\, the group puts social issues at the heart of all lyrics and performances\, speaking of feminism\, patriarchy and machismo\, racism\, homophobia and lesbophobia\, classism\, veganism\, agism\, etc.[1][3][9] The duo of poets produces what they call “conscious music\,” seeking to promote and defend the experiences of “womyn\, immigrants\, queers and people of color.” [10] \nTheir work centers on music but is also about sharing knowledge with the different audiences\, groups and individuals they encounter while touring\, for example regarding the acceptance of body and gender nonconformity\, and addresses topics such as body hair and menstruation\, as in the song “120 horas rojas\,” an ode to women’s periods.[3]

Les différents motifs articulés à partir des harmoniques générés se déploient dans le temps en fonction de l’espace et de l’expérience. Leur musique\, intérieure et physique\, joue sur les décalages rythmique et crée une modulation progressive dans la répétition. \nL’influence traditionnelle est passé à la moulinette et relevées à la sauce bruitiste et électronique. Tantôt sensibles\, tantôt fiévreux\, les motifs oscillent entre douceur poétique et expérimentation électronique et se déploient\, se transforment librement\, en fonction de la perception de l’instant. \nODESSEY AND ORACLE\nPop baroque\n🎵 https://soundcloud.com/odessey-and-oracle \nEmpruntant son nom à un album du groupe anglais The Zombies\, paru en 1968\, Odessey and Oracle continue d’explorer les voies tracées à la fin des années 60 par des groupes psychédéliques anglais et américains au style particulièrement fleuri\, parfois qualifié de « pop baroque ». Le trio s’inspire d’une certaine liberté de ces années optimistes où l’expérimentation était partout et les démarches hérétiques plébiscitées par la foule. \nPuisant leurs influences aussi bien dans le répertoire ancien (baroque\, médiéval\, renaissance) que dans les musiques électriques plus contemporaines\, le trio nous plonge dans un univers magique et délicat à mi-chemin entre deux époques. Les compositions aux arrangements élaborés laissent une grande place au contrepoint et à des instrumentations hybrides\, mobilisant instruments anciens (viole de gambe\, violoncelle baroque\, flûtes anciennes…) et spécimens plus modernes (pianos électromécaniques\, guitare\, dobro\, banjo\, synthétiseurs analogiques…).
