Le Kling Extendtet est un projet qui se saisit des courants d’hier et d’aujourd’hui pour trouver sa matière musicale\, et produire un jazz à l’image de notre époque. On voyage en outre-Atlantique\, on parcours l’Europe\, mais jamais sans reconnaitre vraiment l’inspiration qui domine. Sur ce flux de musique et d’inspirations\, seule la personnalité des artistes laisse entrapercevoir une forme d’intimité et d’honnêteté artistique qui vient donner du relief et de la chaleur à ce répertoire.
